反軍人年改團體「八百壯士」25日在立法院外發動抗爭，陸續發生多起衝突。《ETtoday新聞雲》攝影記者、副總編輯先後遭搶或被毆打，嚴重影響生命與財產安全，現場群眾抗議活動儼然已經變調。《ETtoday新聞雲》副董事長馬詠睿對此嚴厲譴責群眾抗議活動的暴力行為，呼籲這次反軍改主要發起人應該公開向所有媒體工作者及全民道歉。

《ETtoday新聞雲》攝影記者屠惠剛25日在立法院拍攝採訪時，相機與攝影機遭不明人士搶奪：沒想到26日進行直播報導時，要聞中心副總編輯陳弘修竟遭渾身酒氣的男子兩度挑釁，並突然拿出不明液體潑灑，還被揮拳打傷、打飛眼鏡。據了解，目前包括蘋果日報、中央社、民報、壹電視、民視、上報、東森、三立、中天、TVBS、新頭殼等媒體也紛傳記者遭襲擊。

對此，《ETtoday新聞雲》表示不與暴力妥協，並保留法律追訴權。《ETtoday新聞雲》副董事長馬詠睿嚴正聲明：「我們要嚴厲譴責群眾抗議活動的暴力行為，身為群眾抗議運動的負責人，要有掌控群眾秩序的責任，對於這種失控失序行為，不但破壞正當性，更讓全體民眾感到厭惡，也使抗議的主軸失焦、扭曲，在此我呼籲這次反軍改主要發起人應該公開向所有媒體工作者及全民道歉。」
